- 鉴于SCADA系统与第三方设备之间的通信中断故障时有发生,严重影响系统功能的正常发挥和管道设施的安全运行。通过对天然气长输管道SCADA系统与第三方设备的通信原理进行分析,具体阐述了二者之间常见的通信中断和通信闪断故障,并对不同故障现象进行详细介绍。运用“三级诊断法”依次从通信网络的物理层面、协议层面及信号干扰层面对中断故障产生的原因和解决措施进行解析,从而缩短了故障排查时间,降低了运行维护成本,为及时诊断天然气站场SCADA系统与第三方设备通信中断故障提供了明确方向和有效措施,具有重要的实际指导意义。
Communication interruption often occurs between SCADA system and third-party equipment, which severely impacts the safe operation of system functions and pipeline equipment. By analyzing the communication principle between the SCADA system and third-party equipment in natural gas long-distance pipelines, their common communication interruption and communication flash faults were elucidated with a detailed introduction to different fault phenomena. Then, the “three-level diagnostic method” was used to discuss the causes and solutions of on-off faults at the physical, protocol, and signal interference layers of the communication network, thus shortening the troubleshooting time and reducing operation and maintenance costs. This provides accurate direction and effective measures for solving the difficult communication problems between SCADA system and third-party equipment in natural gas stations, and has important practical guidance significance.
