- 海洋平台组块建设是海上油气田开发过程中非常关键的环节,组块安装在导管架上,通过立管与海底生产系统相连,是油气田生产处理的核心装置。组块建设的工期直接决定了投产时间,对于海上油气田经济效益目标的实现至关重要。选择合理的建设模式、按时完成组块交付是海洋工程项目进度控制的重点。大型组块在不同模式下建设工期差异较大,建设模式的选取与所处海域海况、水深、组块重量与规格、资源情况等诸多因素有关。为准确评估不同模式下组块建设工期,采用关键路径法对分块建设模式和整体建设模式下组块建设工期进行定量分析研究,并通过工程实例进行验证,得到一种大型组块建设模式工期方案的比选方法。
Offshore platform topside construction is a crucial process in offshore oil and gas field development. The topside is located on the jacket and connected to the subsea production system through risers, making it the core facility for oil and gas field production and treatment. The construction period of the topside directly determines the production time, and is crucial for achieving the economic benefits of oil and gas field. Choosing a reasonable construction mode and delivering the topside on time is the key to engineering project progress control. The construction period of large topside varies greatly under different modes. The selection of construction mode is related to many factors such as the sea state, water depth, weight and size for topside, and resource availability. To accurately evaluate the construction period of topside under different modes, the critical path method was applied to quantitatively analyze and study the construction period of topside under the separate construction mode and overall construction mode, and verified through engineering examples, obtaining a comparative method for the period of large topside construction modes.
