大型浮顶原油储罐机械清洗施工工法研究及应用

- 针对传统人工清洗方法存在违规排放工业污染物的风险和难以满足大型储罐清洗对清洗效率、安全性、环保性的特殊要求等问题,研发出了大型浮顶原油储罐机械清洗施工工法。该工法基于多年工程实践与技术创新,通过运用智能温度控制系统、动态安全防护机制和绿色循环技术,构建了“清洗-检测-回收”闭环作业模式。在镇海岚山商储基地等项目应用中,该工法使得单罐清洗周期缩短了20 d;效益分析表明,相较于传统人工清洗的方法,应用新研发的工法使得人工成本减少了46.99%,综合成本降低了27.59%,验证了大型浮顶原油储罐机械清洗施工工法在清洗质量、作业工效、安全环保和经济成本方面的显著优势,表明该技术具有广泛的应用前景。
Traditional manual cleaning methods are subject to the risk of illegally released industrial pollutants and failure to meet the special requirements of large storage tanks in cleaning efficiency, safety, and environmental protection. In response to this, a mechanical cleaning construction method is proposed for the large floating-roof crude oil storage tank. Based on years of engineering practice and technological innovation, this method constructs a “cleaning-detection-recovery” closed-loop operation mode through modular equipment integration, an intelligent temperature control system, a dynamic safety protection mechanism, and green circulation technology. In projects such as the Zhenhai Lanshan Commercial Storage Base, this method shortens the single-tank cleaning cycle by 20 days. Economic analysis shows that compared to the traditional manual cleaning method, this newly developed method reduces labor input costs by 46.99% and lowers overall costs by 27.59%. This verifies the significant advantages of the mechanical cleaning construction method for large floating-roof crude oil storage tanks in terms of cleaning quality, operational efficiency, safety and environmental protection, and economic costs, which indicates its broad application prospects.
