油区中低温地热发电技术经济分析

中文摘要:油区内地热资源丰富,开发油区地热资源越来越受到重视。近年来,地热供暖在国内发展迅速,但是地热发电特别是中低温地热发电目前进展缓慢。选取了中低温地热水的发电利用问题作为研究对象,比较了单级闪蒸、双工质、两相流三种不同的发电工艺,对比不同工艺的热力性能、设备、投资等,得出了各种发电方案的经济评价。从发电成本看,当地热水免资源税时,双工质工艺成本最高,单级闪蒸工艺成本最低;当需要缴纳地热水资源税时,两相流工艺成本最高,单级闪蒸工艺仍然成本最低。当缴纳1元/m3地热水资源税时,保证8%收益率的上网电价过高,对中低温地热发电项目经济评价结果为基本不可行。
英文摘要: Exploitation of the geothermal resources in oilfields is becoming popular. Recently, geothermal heating grows rapidly in China. However, geothermal power generation, especially from mid-low temperature resource, develops slowly. The power generation from geothermal water at med-low temperature was selected as the research object, three different technical approaches of geothermal power generation (i.e. single stage flash, flash system combined with binary cycle and two-phase flow screw expander) were compared in aspects of thermal performance, equipment and investment, and the economic evaluation of the approaches was obtained. The results show that without water resources tax, the generation cost of flash system combined with binary cycle is the highest and the generation cost of single stage flash is the lowest; if water resources tax is needed, the cost of two-phase flow screw expander is the highest, and the cost of single stage flash is still the lowest; when the water resources tax is 1 yuan RMB per cubic meter, the feed-in tariff is too high to ensure the return of investment of 8%, the project of power generation from mid-low temperature geothermal resources is economically infeasible.
